Classic Residence by Hyatt is the nations leader in luxury senior living communities. I provide on-going consulting services for implementation of their POS solution.

Classic Residence by Hyatt initially contracted my services to audit their technology purchase and ensure they were using the best POS solution for their needs, as well as to improve the efficiency of the vendor's implementation.

After acceptance of recommended modifications to the existing POS solution and a successful POS install with new implementation standards Classic Residence by Hyatt has retained my services as a contract Project Manager providing oversight and planning for current and future implementations.

Santa Barbara Zoo is a local treasure and one of my family's favorite Santa Barbara spots. I am currently working with the Santa Barbara Zoo to optimize their hospitality technology solutions and act as technology Project Manager for the opening of a newly remodeled retail location and newly built restaurant.

After reviewing the Zoo's original project proposal and negotiating with the vendor their total project budget was deceased by approximately 20%. Current estimate is the total project will close at that savings.

EMN8 is a world class provider of self-service user experiences and business solutions for the restaurant industry.

EMN8 contracted me to complete a comprehensive product requirements study for their core product offering. This included market research, use case scenarios, a pricing and software delivery model, and yearly revenue forecasts based on existing and future customers.

EMN8 is currently developing the product with a scheduled near future release date.
